About Grounded Living
🌿 A simpler way to slow down
Grounded Living was created for a simple reason:
modern life rarely gives us space to pause.
Between constant notifications and endless scrolling, even our downtime can start to feel noisy. We wanted to create something different—something that helps you step away, even for a little while.
More than a box
Grounded Living is a monthly ritual, not just a delivery.
Each box is thoughtfully curated with:
- specialty coffee or loose-leaf tea
- calming, screen-free activities
- small, intentional items that bring you back to the present moment
Everything is designed to help you unwind in a way that actually feels good—not forced, not complicated.
Designed for real life
This isn’t about perfection or aesthetic routines.
It’s about:
- slowing down after a long day without reaching for your phone
- creating small moments you actually look forward to
- building a rhythm that feels sustainable
Because real rest doesn’t come from doing more—it comes from doing less, intentionally.
From Our Founder

Grounded Living began with a personal intention: to create more presence in everyday life.
As a mother of three and a fourth-generation entrepreneur, I wanted to build something that reflects the values I hope to pass on—creativity, resilience, and the ability to stay grounded in a fast-moving world. In an ongoing effort to contribute positively to our communities, we source 80% from small American makers, and half from our own Bay Area backyard, to keep the local culture thriving.
Each box is a reflection of that intention: simple ways to reconnect, reset, and be fully present.
It means a lot to be part of your journey.
— Tori
A ritual people actually stick to
“It’s the first subscription box I use every day.”
“Helps me unplug without overthinking it.”
“Feels like a reset I didn’t know I needed.”
Why it matters
We don’t believe you need a complete lifestyle overhaul to feel better.
Sometimes, all it takes is:
- a quiet cup of tea
- a moment without screens
- a small ritual that’s just yours
Those moments add up.
“It’s the first subscription box I actually use every day.”
