Orders & Shipping

When will my order arrive?
We carefully prepare each box before it leaves us. Orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days depending on your location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.


Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—shipping is included on all U.S. orders $35 and over. No surprises at checkout.


Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we primarily ship within the U.S.
If you’re outside the U.S. and interested, feel free to reach out—we’re always exploring ways to expand.


Subscriptions

How does the subscription work?
Each month, you’ll receive a thoughtfully curated box designed to help you slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Your subscription renews automatically, so your ritual continues without interruption.


Can I skip or cancel anytime?
Yes. You’re always in control.

You can skip a month, pause, or cancel your subscription up to 5 days before your next billing date—no friction, no stress.


When will I be billed?
You’ll be billed on the same day each month based on when you started your subscription.

What comes in each box?
Every box includes a selection of grounding items—such as herbal teas, candles, screen-free entertainment, and intentional tools—designed to support moments of calm in your day.

Each month is a little different, but the intention is always the same: helping you slow down.


Can I customize my box?
At this time, boxes are pre-curated to create a cohesive experience.
We focus on balance, simplicity, and discovery.
